Teamwork — As a Couple
Beyonce asked a question, Jay-Z answered.
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is an artist, song-writer and a producer.
Funnily enough, this definition is exactly the same for Jay-Z.
Technically anyway. 😉
The duo attended their first Grammy’s together, in 2003. How romantic is that.
I’m just curious about their “team” together and how they made things work for the last 20 years.
Ladies first: 😇
Beyonce had and enormous impact on millions.
Through her songs, her performances, her stories.
She was selected as the Women of The Year in 2014, according to Time Magazine.
As any celebrity being interviewed, she was asked about her secret and how did she become “successful”. Happily for us, she gave a sincere answer.
We are all stars. We all have that.
We just have to figure out what that thing we are supposed to be doing.
But, how do we find that thing Beyonce?
Jay-Z explains it with two words.
As if he was answering our question; as if he heard the interview that Beyonce gave.
Patience
and
Persistence.
I especially tried to make them as weird as possible to be read on any screen. My goal is to invite us to think about the meaning of these words.
They are essential for achieving any goal, personal or professional.
Just gotta burn it to our nervous system. 🙃

A Power Couple
I believe that what made Beyonce and Jay-Z’s relationship unique is the following:
“They were both doing something they loved and they saw failure as an opportunity to grow.”
And, as cheesy as it sounds, they were always there for each other.
Which is in-explainable without love. 💜
Well, we chose a Beyonce song to keep us in good company.
I guess it’s fair to end with a Jay-Z quote:
The way to redeem your past is not to run from it, but to try to understand it, use it as a foundation to grow.
